For more than 35 years, Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) primary focus has been and continues to be on the provision of supports to individuals living with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders and their families residing in Belknap and Southern Grafton counties. LRCS also provides other essential and critical services to our greater Lakes Region communities.
LRCS' list comprehensive supports is constantly growing, enabling our Agency to serve individuals from birth throughout the life span with a host of service options. Supports offered include Early Intervention, Resource Coordination, Respite, Childcare Resource & Referral, Parent Education, Transition Support, Family Support Services, and the HomeAssist program.
If you or your family is in need of support services, or if you simply want to learn more about what LRCS has to offer, please contact one of our Lakes Region offices for a free, fully confidential consultation. LRCS has offices located in Laconia and Plymouth and the Family Resource Center of Central New Hampshire located in the main office in Laconia. Find contact information for our offices as well as directions here.
Family Update is a bi-monthly publication of the Region III Family Support Council targeted to families receiving services from Lakes Region Community Services. The newsletter includes useful information about the area agency, legislative updates and resources available in the community.
