Do you have a newborn in your family? If so, your community would like to celebrate with you! If you have a newborn under the age of three months, live within Belknap County, and would like to receive a one-time visit, please fill out this Enrollment Form and return it to the Family Resource Center (FRC). A pair of Welcome Baby! volunteers will arrange a visit to your home and present you with a beautiful tote filled with gifts, valuable parenting information, home safety items, books to promote literacy, and a community resource directory. Families can also choose to visit the FRC to pick up their totes.
