brush strokesChildren with a developmental disability from birth to age 3, who are found eligible or conditionally eligible for services, may receive Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) until their third birthday.

FCESS services are provided in the home and community to assist families in providing the best evidence based practices to increase a child’s growth and development.

Depending on their needs, children found eligible or conditionally eligible between age 3 and 21, and their families, may receive resource coordination, respite, in-home supports, family support services, environmental (home) modifications, and transition support (information and assistance preparing for transition from school – to community-based services at age 21).
