Children with a developmental disability from birth to age 3 who are found eligible or conditionally eligible for services may receive Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) until their third birthday.
FCESS services are provided in the home and community to assist families in providing the best evidence based practices to increase a child’s growth and development.
Depending on their needs, children aged 3 and up found eligible or conditionally eligible and their families may receive resource coordination, respite, in-home supports, family support services, environmental (home) modifications, and information and assistance preparing for transition from school to community-based services.
