Earned Time- Employees are offered a generous earned time package.
Major Medical and Dental Insurance – LRCS and its affiliates offer generous health care coverage using the Harvard Pilgrim Network with a nominal contribution from employees as well as a comprehensive dental package of preventative and basic/major restorative benefits for employees and their families offered through Northeast Delta Dental.
403(b) Employee Retirement Plan – LRCS offers employees a 100% match up to 2% of an employees contribution after one (1) year of service. After six years of qualified service, an employee is 100% vested in those matching contributions.
Short Term Disability – Employees enjoy an employer paid short term disability plan which pays for 60% of basic weekly earnings.
Long Term Disability – Employees enjoy an employer paid long term disability plan which pays for 60% of monthly earnings.
Life Insurance – Coverage is two times annual salary at no cost to employee.
Voluntary Vision Plan – Northeast Delta Dental offers LRCS employees an additional, voluntary Delta Vision plan.

The Agency offers ongoing in-house training, both required and optional, to support career advancement and a culture of professionalism.
