Join us for Family Fun Night!

Are you ready to spread the joy and make this holiday season extra special for families in the Lakes Region? It’s that time of year again when the LRCS Family Resource Center is gearing up for our annual Family Fun Night! This event is all about creating magical moments for children and their families, and we need your help to make it a success.

Save the Date: Monday, December 11, 2023

Our Family Fun Night is just around the corner, scheduled for Monday, December 11, 2023. This event provides a unique opportunity for children to select gifts for their loved ones. The smiles on their faces as they choose special presents for their siblings, parents, and other cherished individuals in their lives are truly priceless.

How You Can Make a Difference

We invite you to be part of this heartwarming tradition by making a donation of new or very gently used items. The items you contribute will go directly into the hands of children, ensuring that they can pick out the perfect gift for their family members.

What to Donate:

  • New or gently used items (please ensure they are in excellent condition)
  • Avoid stuffed animals unless they are brand new
  • Limit clothing donations to one-size-fits-all accessories like socks, gloves, hats, etc., and make sure they are brand new
  • Gift cards in small amounts (e.g., $5) are always a hit!

How to Donate

For Employees:

  • Deliver your donations to room 119 (the Parent Ed Room).

For All Others:

  • Leave your donations with our receptionist and let her know they are for Family Fun Night. She will ensure they reach us.

Volunteer Opportunity

If you’re looking for a meaningful way to get involved, consider volunteering at Family Fun Night on December 11th from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
