NH BDS – CAP extension approved by CMS

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has approved New Hampshire’s request to extend the date, from August 31, 2021 to July 1, 2023, for which the state must meet Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver Conflict of Interest and Direct Billing requirements.

Sandy Hunt, the Bureau Chief for the Bureau Of Developmental Services (BDS), will be reaching out to stakeholders to review a modified timeline with deliverables.

The Bureau will be working with the NH Family Voices and the Communications subgroup to notify families.
