Intake and Eligibility
Any resident of New Hampshire who has a developmental disability and/or acquired brain disorder may be eligible for services. LRCS shall determine eligibility by completing a review of available assessments of the applicant’s physical, intellectual, cognitive and behavioral status, and an age-appropriate standardized functional assessment.
LRCS will make a decision on eligibility within 15 business days after receipt of the completed application. Eligibility is determined based on New Hampshire statutes 137-K or 171-A. LRCS serves residents of Belknap and Southern Grafton counties.
