Amended Complaint Filed with Court

These amendments (see link below to CSNI Web Site) were ordered by the trial judge in her May 22, 2014 order. The parties have until July 23 to supplement their pending summary judgment motions based on the new counts raised in this amended complaint.　Plaintiffs should get a definitive order from the court in 60 to 90 days from that date.
