As the state legislature works on its version of the NH state budget, we want to ensure adults receiving DD/ABD waiver services and their families are heard. The link below is to a survey for individuals and families to complete regarding their access to DSP staffing over the past month. We hope to hear from as many respondents as possible by Friday, February 28th. The aggregated data we obtain from this survey will be shared with the legislature to advocate for funding. All responses are anonymous.
