The LRCS Employee Mission Award began in 2019 to honor and acknowledge a long-term employee who has been a staunch advocate for the individuals we support, and whose job performance exemplifies our mission. Award recipients are a reliable compass continually pointing the Agency in the direction of its goals and aspirations, produce quality work, and consistently display characteristics valued and appreciated by coworkers, individuals, and the greater community. The person receiving this award is nominated by his or her peers, with final selection and approval by our Management Team.
We are thrilled to announce Lisa Judd, StaffWorks Program Manager, as the recipient of the 2020 LRCS Employee Mission Award! In her 10 years of service to LRCS, Lisa has made extraordinary efforts to connect the individuals and families she works with to their community. She understands the needs of individuals and their families and goes above and beyond to assure they receive quality services and an enhanced quality of life.
