Lakes Region Community Service and its affiliate organizations offer their employees a benefits package second to none. It is mandatory that every full time employee attend an open enrollment meeting whether or not they currently have benefits through LRCS. Open enrollment materials will be distributed at these meetings only!
All forms for benefits are due by June 14th (please note date change). If your forms are not in by June 14th, your coverage will be terminated on June 30th. Without your enrollment forms we have no legal authority to withhold your benefits elections from your paycheck.
If you miss the June 14th deadline and have coverage terminated, in order to enroll after July 1st you will be required to contribute 25% of the cost of your benefits for the entire year which ends June 30, 2014.

Employer-Offered Benefits
Earned Time
Employees are offered a generous earned time package which may be accessed after completing a six month introductory period.
Major Medical And Dental
LRCS and its affiliates offer generous health coverage through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care of New England with two plans from which to choose and only a nominal contribution from employees. A comprehensive dental package of preventative and basic/major restorative benefits for employees and their families is offered through Northeast Delta Dental. 403(b) Plan
Employees electing to participate in the 403(b) plan may begin contributing on their own behalf immediately. LRCS offers employees a 50% match up to 1.5% of an employees contribution after one (1) year of service. After six years of qualified service, an employee is 100% vested in those matching contributions. Click here for more information on the Employee Retirement Plan.
Short Term Disability
Employees enjoy an employer paid short term disability plan which pays for 60% of basic weekly earnings.
Long Term Disability
Insurance Employees enjoy an employer paid long term disability plan which pays for 60% of monthly earnings.
Life Insurance
Coverage is two times annual salary at no cost to employee.

LRCS Employees - Pay stubs effective 1/1/2013 for direct deposits will only be available online! Would you like access to your W2 as soon as it is available? Also be able to reprint W2s or paystubs when needed? Follow this link, https://www.payentry.com/ee/ with your Employee Self Service Enrollment form that contains your login information. It's easy!!! Your user name is your social security number, in the form XXX-XX-XXXX. Don't have an enrollment form? Email Becky Plourde or Jan Krusz and a verification email will be emailed to you with instructions to set up your online payroll site. To ensure maximum security, you must change the password after logging in.
Through group rates, LRCS offers its employees many optional benefits from which to choose. Some of the many optional benefits offered are term or whole life insurance for employees and their families, auto and home insurance, direct deposit, and NH Federal Credit Union membership. In most instances rates for LRCS optional insurance coverage are much lower than you would find individually.
