LRCS supports the diverse needs of Lakes Region residents who have a developmental disability and/or acquired brain disorder.  Each year, LRCS supports more than 1000 Lakes Region residents through highly specialized services such as day support, supported independent living, and early intervention. 

LRCS strives to not only support people, but to improve the quality of life for those we serve.  Gaining full inclusion for all of our consumers is high on the list of priorities at LRCS.

Of the 1,000 area families and individuals that LRCS supports each year, more than 400 consumers are either employed or volunteer regularly in their community. We simply could not offer this type of support without your help.

LRCS' services are primarily funded through Medicaid.  This funding is simply not enough to continue offering the enhanced services on which the Agency prides itself. Our organization counts on support from caring people and businesses throughout the area to ensure that no one is denied the opportunity to lead a more dynamic, fulfilling life.
