Earned Time- Employees are offered a generous earned time package.
Major Medical and Dental Insurance – LRCS and its affiliates offer generous health care coverage through Harvard Pilgrim Health Care with a nominal contribution from employees as well as a comprehensive dental package of preventative and basic/major restorative benefits for employees and their families offered through Northeast Delta Dental.
403(b) Employee Retirement Plan – LRCS offers employees a 100% match up to 1.5% of an employees contribution after one (1) year of service. After six years of qualified service, an employee is 100% vested in those matching contributions.
Short Term Disability – Employees enjoy an employer paid short term disability plan which pays for 60% of basic weekly earnings.
Long Term Disability – Employees enjoy an employer paid long term disability plan which pays for 60% of monthly earnings.
Life Insurance – Coverage is two times annual salary at no cost to employee.
Through group rates, LRCS offers its employees many optional benefits from which to choose including term or whole life insurance for employees and their families, auto and home insurance, and direct deposit.
In most instances rates for LRCS optional insurance coverage are much lower than you would find individually.
